1. Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Pour gravy over chicken; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF). Meanwhile, add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
2. Spoon stuffing over chicken; cover. Cook 5 min. or until stuffing is heated through. Meanwhile, cook peas.
3. Place 1 bread slice on each of 4 serving plates; top with chicken and gravy. Serve with peas.
