Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups peeled fresh peach slices (2 large)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur or brandy
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) rosè wine, chilled
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup*
  • Orange or lemon slices, if desired
  • Chilled sparkling water, if desired

Instructions

  • In large pitcher, mix peach slices and raspberries.
  • Stir in orange juice, liqueur, wine and simple syrup.
  • Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  • Pour into 6 glasses.
  • Garnish with slices and a splash of sparkling water.
