Ingredients
- Wheel of English cucumber
- ½ oz. Cynar
- 1½ oz. Pimm’s No. 1
- 4 oz. tonic water, such as Fever-Tree
- Garnish: long English cucumber spear and lemon wedge

Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber wheel and Cynar in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add ice cubes, Pimm's, and tonic water.
- Stir gently, then add the cucumber spear and the lemon wedge.
