Ingredients

  • Wheel of English cucumber
  • ½ oz. Cynar
  • 1½ oz. Pimm’s No. 1
  • 4 oz. tonic water, such as Fever-Tree
  • Garnish: long English cucumber spear and lemon wedge

Instructions

  • Muddle the cucumber wheel and Cynar in the bottom of a highball glass. 
  • Add ice cubes, Pimm's, and tonic water.
  • Stir gently, then add the cucumber spear and the lemon wedge.
