Ingredients

  • 5 fl. oz tomato juice
  • 1.7 fl. oz pickle juice
  • 5 tsp vodka
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp creamed horseradish
  • Large pinch cracked black pepper

For the lime salt rim :

  • Zest of one lime
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp flaked sea salt

To serve :

  • Celery stick
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • Slice of cucumber
  • Cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients for the lime salt rim on a plate
  • Use a wedge of lime to put lime juice along the rim and outside of the glass.
  • Using your fingers sprinkle the lime salt all over the glass where the lime is
  • In a small jug mix together the TABASCO® Sauce, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish
  • Add the pickle juice and tomato juice and stir
  • Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
  • Add the shot of vodka, fill with the spiced tomato mix and stir well
  • Now garnish with the celery, rosemary and cucumber and add a pinch of black pepper sprinkled over the top
