Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
  • 3/4 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 eggs, divided
  • 1-1/3 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

Instructions

  • 1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and 1 cup sugar in medium bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Whisk 1 egg, bananas and Miracle Whip in large bowl until blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  • 2. Mix cream cheese, remaining sugar and egg until blended.
  • 3. Pour half the banana mixture evenly into 4 greased and floured 5-1/2x3-1/4x2-inch mini loaf pans. Top with spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture; carefully spread over batter in pans. Spoon remaining banana mixture over cream cheese layers; spread carefully to completely cover cream cheese mixtures.
  • 4. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool breads in pans 10 min. Remove Mini Chocolate Chip Banana Bread loaves from pans to wire rack; cool completely.
