Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) white-flesh melon balls (Juan Canary or Casaba melon)
  • 250 mL (1 cup) green-flesh melon balls (Honeydew or Santa Claus melon)
  • 250 mL (1 cup) orange-flesh melon balls (Cantaloupe or Persian melon)
  • 250 mL (1 cup) golden watermelon balls
  • 250 mL (1 cup) red watermelon balls
  • 750 mL (3 cups) sparkling wine
  • A few fresh mint leaves (garnish)

Instructions

  • Use a melon baller to scoop out pretty melon balls.
  • Arrange in a large glass dish in layers according to colour.
  • Add sparkling wine and refrigerate.
