  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 3/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended; press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 2. Use back of spoon to make indentation in centre of each meatloaf; fill with peppers.
  • 3. Bake 30 min. or until meatloaves are done (160°F). Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
