Ingredients

  • 4 OZ SILK VANILLA ALMOND CREAMER
  • 1/2 TSP MAPLE EXTRACT
  • 8 OZ STRONG COFFEE OR 4 OZ ESPRESSO
  • 2 TBSP CRUSHED PECANS
  • 1/8 TSP SEA SALT, FOR SERVING
  • CRUSHED PECANS, FOR SERVING
  • MAPLE SYRUP, FOR SERVING

Instructions

  • In a glass jar with a lid, lid off, combine Silk and maple extract.
  • Microwave for 45 seconds, then replace lid and shake vigorously to create foam.
  • Combine foamy mixture with freshly brewed coffee or espresso.
  • Top with vegan whipped topping, crushed pecans, a drizzle of maple syrup and sea salt.
