Mango and coriander salsa Recipe
- 2 mangoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 45 mL (3 tablespoons) fresh coriander, minced
- 45 mL (3 tablespoons) lime juice
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) fresh ginger, finely chopped

- For each salsa recipe, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until serving time.
