Ingredients: 1 package of jumbo wieners (6); 5 medium orange tomatoes; 1 small white onion, finely chopped; 1 peach, peeled and chopped; 1 jalapen?o pepper, finely chopped; Juice of 1 lime; 1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped; 1 tbsp. (15 ml) of olive oil; Softened butter; 6 rustic hot dog buns; Salt and pepper

Ingredients

1 package of jumbo wieners (6)
5 medium orange tomatoes
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 peach, peeled and chopped
1 jalapen?o pepper, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. (15 ml) of olive oil
Softened butter
6 rustic hot dog buns
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Deseed the tomatoes, chop them with a knife and place them in a bowl.
Add the onion, peach, lime juice and cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in olive oil and mix - thoroughly.
Cook the wieners on the BBQ as per package instructions.
Butter and grill the hot dog buns.
Place a wiener in each bun, top with a generous serving of salsa cruda and serve immediately.
