Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt (or You Can Use Vanilla Or Any Flavor)
  • 1 cup Milk (whole, 2%%, Etc---or You Can Use Soy, Almond, Etc.)
  • 2 cups Pineapple, Chunks
  • 1 cup Green, Seedless Grapes
  • 1 whole Green Apple, Cored And Cut Into Chunks
  • 1 whole Pear, Cored And Cut Into Chunks
  • 1 whole Banana, Peeled
  • 1/2 bunch Kale Leaves (or Spinach, Collard, Or Mustard Greens)
  • 1/4 cup Honey (or Other Sweetener) (optional)
  • Additional And Optional Add-Ins: Mango Chunks, Spinach, Cucumber, Zucchini, Coconut Oil Or Milk
  • Ice, Amount As Desired
