Ingredients

Granola :

  • 4 cups Robin Hood® Oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup natural bran
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup natural raisins

Orange Yogurt :

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup Smucker’s® Pure Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

serving size: 10 cups granola / 2 cups yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  • Grease or line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Granola :

  • Combine oats, almonds, bran, coconut, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  • Add oil and honey and combine thoroughly.
  • Spread granola on prepared baking sheets.

YOGURT :

  • Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Refrigerate until serving.

Assembly :

  • Layer the yogurt and granola in a glass or bowl.
  • Store extra granola in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
