Ingredients

  • 150 g Lurpak Slightly Salted Butter
  • 6 garlic cloves sliced peeled
  • 3 red chillis shredded
  • 1 kg green prawns
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 250 g linguine pasta
  • 40 g Lurpak Slightly Salted Butter
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 handful Parmesan grated
  • 1 handful Parmesan *to serve grated
  • 1 handful Micro coriander

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in non stick frying pan over medium heat and cook until just bubbling.
  • Add the garlic and chilli, cook for one minute stirring until fragrant. Add the prawns and toss. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until prawns begin to change colour and are cooked through. Add the lime juice and zest.
  • Meanwhile cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until aldente. Drain, return to the pan, add the butter, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  • Add to the prawn mixture and toss.Serve topped with grated parmesan and coriander.
