Ingredients

  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) Maple syrup
  • 45 g (1 1/2 oz.) Butter, softened
  • 750 ml (3 cups) Compliments original granola cereal
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 5 Apricots, stoned and sliced
  • 2 Nectarines, stoned and sliced
  • 3 Plums, stoned and sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Place fruit in a square, 2 litre ovenproof dish (8 in. x 8 in. x 2.25 in.).
  • Combine cereal and butter in a bowl.
  • Add maple syrup and mix.
  • Spread over fruit.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve hot or cold with a scoop of ice cream.
