Ingredients

  • 1 bag blue corn tortilla chips
  • 2 Prêts-à-cuire du Boucher European Sausages (your choice of flavour), cooked and finely sliced
  • 250 mL (1 cup) shredded mozzarella
  • 175 ml (3/4 cup) crumbled feta
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) store-bought BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange half the chips on a large parchment-lined pizza pan or baking sheet. 
  • Top chips with half each of the sausages, mozzarella, feta, and tomatoes. Cover with another layer of chips and top with remaining half.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
