Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups graham crumbs
  • 1-1/2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate (255 g), chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. each pink and purple gel food colouring

20 servings, 1 graham ball (35 g) each

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese and graham crumbs until blended.
  • Shape into 20 (1-inch) egg-shaped balls, using 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball.
  • Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  • Freeze 20 min.
  • Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min; stir.
  • Microwave additional 30 sec.; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Pour half the melted chocolate into separate bowl; stir in pink food colouring.
  • Stir purple food colouring into remaining chocolate.
  • Dip 10 graham balls, 1 at a time, into pink-tinted chocolate, turning to evenly coat all sides of each ball with chocolate.
  • Let excess chocolate drip off before returning ball to prepared baking sheet.
  • Repeat with purple-tinted chocolate and remaining graham balls.
  • Drizzle pink-coated balls with remaining purple melted chocolate, then drizzle purple-coated balls with remaining pink chocolate.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolates are firm.
