Ingredients

  • 3 oz Silk Vanilla Soy, Almond or Coconutmilk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lavender simple syrup*
  • 1 strawberry
  • Peychaud Bitters
  • Edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  • Place strawberry in a cocktail shaker and muddle (or mash with the back of a spoon).
  • Add remaining ingredients except garnish.
  • Add 1 cup of ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Add a few drops of Peychaud's Bitters and garnish with edible flowers.
  • For a spirited drink, add 1 oz gin.
