Instructions
Combine lobster, mayonnaise, yogourt, celery, chives, lime juice, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Split panini buns. Divide lobster mixture onto buns. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve with melted seasoned butter for dipping and lime wedges for squeezing.
