Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
  • 1 yellow pepper , chopped
  • 1 red pepper , chopped
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes , undrained
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no-salt-added kidney bean s, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream

Makes 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) each.

Instructions

  • 1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 2 min. Add meat and chili powder; cook 10 min. or until meat is done, stirring frequently.
  • 2. Stir in tomatoes, beans and salsa. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
