Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500 g) brick-style processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 bag (650 g) McCain® Spicy Wedges

Instructions

  • In slow cooker, layer cheese, beer, mustard, Worcestershire and hot sauce.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, or until cheese melts and sauce is smooth and heated through.
  • Meanwhile, prepare McCain® Spicy Wedges according to package directions.
  • Garnish dip with crumbled bacon. Serve warm in slow cooker with McCain® Spicy Wedges.
