Ingredients

  • 1 Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Bun
  • ¼ pound ground bison
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 butter lettuce leaf
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 slice Pepper Jack cheese
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons herbed mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Heat grill to medium. Season ground bison with salt and pepper and shape into a patty. Grill to desired doneness (approximately 6-7 minutes per side for medium).
  • Build burger. Layer lettuce and tomato on bun bottom. Top with grilled burger, cheese and avocado. Spread herbed mayonnaise on bun lid before capping burger. Enjoy!
