NXT/GEN Fleece Hooded Popover Sweatshirt with kangaroo patch pocket recalled due to strangulation hazard
Affected products
This recall involves the NXT/GEN boys hooded sweatshirts that came in solid black and black space dye colour, and were sold in sizes S-M-L (8 to 12). The front of the sweatshirt is branded on the left chest with CORE-DENIM//1996 and on the right sleeve with CORE. A woven patch is located on the lower left waistband ribbing and is printed with CORE TECH DENIM PREMIUM SELECTION DURABLE GOODS, while the interior neck label states NXT/GEN, KROBAR-DENIM.NEXT GENERATION. The style number for the sweatshirts is 22740.
Issue
The product contains a drawstring around the hood which may pose a strangulation hazard.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstring from the hooded sweatshirt, by cutting the exposed portion of the drawstring, to eliminate the hazard.
