The model number is located on the back of the powerbank. The product has a 4-digit date code on the back that is printed under the manufacturer information. The date codes applicable to this recall are 2818, 3718, and 3918. The UPC No. is 847843004754.
Issue
The powerbank’s lithium-ion battery can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards.
As of November 19, 2021, the company has received 1 report of property damage in Canada, and no reports of injuries.
