Elmer Ubdegrove is the middle child of 13. He started his plumbing apprenticeship with Graves Bros.

Plumbing in 1954 and attended the Provincial Institute of Trades in Toronto for his schooling.

He and Shirley were married in 1959. They have two sons, Steven and Danny.

Elmer started Ubdegrove Plumbing & Heating Ltd in 1970.

His business has succeeded and grown with the old-fashioned understanding, determination and gratification of knowing that a job well done leads to more jobs.

Elmer's two sons are master plumbers, and his grandson, Devin, has just finished his apprenticeship.
