CrossFit programs are designed to optimize physical competence in 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.

At a regular fitness facility you will probably do the typical, boring workout consisting of isolation movements such as bicep curls or leg extensions combined with an extended cardio session.

At Superior CrossFit we believe in shorter, high intensity cardiovascular sessions combined with functional movements.

We like to use ropes, rings, pullup bars, deadlifts, cleans, snatches, presses, squats, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and rowers etc. in our workouts.

Our workouts are constantly varied so you won’t ever get bored.
