«National Weekly Flyer» Can be different than the local flyer edition

You can see the «Super C» coming week's Flyer online starting Tuesday

Super C is a Canadian discount supermarket chain with more than 70 stores in Quebec. The stores average 44,166 square feet (4,103 m2) in size.

Super C offers 8,000 products including some 1,200 products from the Super C private label brand. In mid 2006, all but one of the 9 remaining Ontario stores were converted to Food Basics or Loeb stores. The Pembroke, Ontario store closed, and the building is now occupied by Value Village.

Super C traces its origins back to 1982 as a supermarket chain operating under the name Super Carnaval; it was acquired by Metro-Richelieu in 1985. In late 1991, all Super Carnaval outlets were renamed Super C. It is unclear if Super C is legally Super Carnaval operating under a new name, or a different entity. Since then, Super C has expanded by acquiring in 1992 some Steinberg's outlets (through its parent company, Metro Inc.). Super C has also built its own free-standing buildings as well as obtaining the lease of many vacant shopping mall anchor spaces. Only a handful of today's Super C outlets are former Super Carnaval grocery stores.
