McNamee Plumbing and Heating and Kilpatrick Home Services is a family operated company that was incorporated in 1972.

The company attained great success in focusing on residential and small commercial projects in the Perth area.

In the early 1980s, the company’s focus broadened to include larger commercial & industrial projects.

In 1991, Wayne’s son Brad, joined the company to continue the tradition of high quality workmanship and expertise established by his father decades earlier.

Realizing there was an opportunity to expand their reach into the residential HVAC sector, Kilpatrick Home Services was purchased in 2008.

Together, the two companies have realized great success by providing complete mechanical and HVAC-R solutions to their thousands of clients in eastern Ontario.
