Erin Cook grew up in Ajax, Ontario, where she lived in the same house right up until she moved to London, Ontario for college.

She graduated from Fanshawe College with a co-op endorsed diploma in Business Accounting.

After working for an accounting firm in Thamesford, Ontario, Erin decided to make the move to Owen Sound and start her own accounting business.

Knowing that instead of helping a CEO buy another vacation home, you are instead helping send someone’s daughter to gymnastics, or helping pay the mortgage on someone’s house, is a great feeling.

Having not grown up in Owen Sound, Erin enjoys discovering the endless activities our beautiful region has to offer.

You may see her around taking advantage of a few of her favourite things to do, such as: kayaking, camping, visiting her favourite beaches, snowshoeing, and shopping at the many farmers markets in our area.

Erin strongly believes in keeping as much of our spending dollars as local as possible.

If local businesses didn’t support Grey Bruce Accounting, it wouldn’t be as successful as it is today.

That is why Erin shops local whenever possible. Being able to shop locally and support her clients at the same time is part of what makes Owen Sound such a great place to live.

Creating our own jobs is a big reason why living in Owen Sound is so special.
