Trish has been a notary public since 1993 and her primary areas of practice are transfers of real estate, mortgages, wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements.

She also serves as an executor for many of her clients.

Trish has been an instructor teaching notaries and students for the Society of Notaries Public of BC since 1998 and she served on the society's Board of Directors for 6 years.

In June 2018, Trish was appointed by the Attorney General of BC to the Board of Examiners for BC Notaries.

She strives to provide best practice standards to her clients.

Trish earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC and then she completed a management training program with the TD Bank and worked in banking for several years prior to becoming a notary public.

Trish articled with her father, El Fedewich, and they worked together for 20 years until his retirement in 2014.

Knowledge is empowering and Trish makes the time to educate her clients and the community.

She has volunteered as a speaker on legal topics for over 20 years for seniors' centers, legions, financial institutions, investments companies, hospitals, the CGA Association, the MS Society and the People's Law School.

Trish has been a resident of Surrey for over 40 years and she has been married to her husband and notary partner, Norman Witt, since 1994.

Together they have 2 teenage children. Trish enjoys most sports with skiing, hiking, SCUBA diving and kayaking as her favorites.

She was a Girl Guide leader for 4 years. 

Trish is a team leader for Sunday Night Community Dinners helping to prepare, serve and clean up dinners for up to 200 guests at Gracepoint Community Church.
