Howard Engman has been practicing as a Notary Public in New Westminster since
1990 (22 years!). Howard grew up in New Westminster and has always been an
active member of the community. He graduated in 1963 from NWSS and went on
to work for a local accounting firm. Howard previously owned and ran an
insurance company, was an active member of the Rotary and currently plays
clarinet in two New Westminster Concert bands.

Howard has an outstanding reputation not only as a Notary Public but as a person,
which is confirmed everyday by the repeat business of his long standing and
loyal clients.

Howard’s daughter, Marnie Gunther, was commissioned as a Notary Public in
2009 and has been articling in Howard’s office since 2010.

As Howard begins “phasing in” his retirement plans, Marnie will learn to run the
practice. Marnie swam varsity at SFU and graduated with a BA before moving to
Asia for 15 years with her husband.  She has 3 young daughters.
